SELF In Motion is a free fitness program for local youth that teaches Strength, Endurance, Longevity, Flexibility and smart nutrition.  Through creative instruction and active participation, students develop a positive self image while laying a foundation of healthy habits for life!
 
Spring Graduation: May 19, 2008
Details to be sent home with the kids.  Parents we would love to see you there.  Plus, the kids have some fun surprises for YOU!
 
Spring Program 2008
Our Spring 2008 Program will run on Mondays from March 10th-May 19th
3:30-5:00pm. There will be no class on March 31st for spring break.
 
We have fun activities planned for the Spring including: Basketball, The Spine, Dance, Soccer, Nutrition, Swimming, Body Image, Hip Hop, Team Building, Relay Races, and more.
 
We can't do it alone!
We value your donations of time, teaching, healthy snacks, gift cards, bottled water, ideas, etc...  If you want to help support SIM please feel free to contact us.
